Northern Lights
Set under the Nordic night sky, the lights of the Aurora Borealis cut through the dark and rich shadows of a winter woodland revealing an isolated cabin glowing softly as dusk falls. Inside, we see a detailed interior scene reminiscent of the work of 19th century artist Harriet Backer, whose atmospheric paintings inspired this sophisticated story of relaxed pieces in rich colours. Stark tailoring mixes with feminine prints and drapey silk. Rich velvets in deep greens and teals reflect the colours of one of winter’s greatest natural phenomena, accompanied by a pop of blue to lift it all.
